Due to the Quick Connect line set, you don’t have to hire an HVAC technician to complete the install. We also have simple video instructions on how to install a DIY Multi-Zone unit yourself!

The MRCOOL DIY Multi-Zone 27,000 BTU 23 SEER2 3 Zone Ductless Heat Pump Split System - 6K + 6K + 9K can cool through the Summer, heat through the Winter, and dehumidify through the wet seasons. Plus, you can quickly check the temperature of each room in your home from the easy to read digital display or from the MRCOOL Smart Controller mobile app. The display on the front of each indoor air handler unit can also display troubleshooting codes and alerts, so you are always aware of any issues with your system. Operate each unit wirelessly with either the included remote or with the MRCOOL Smart Controller app for Apple or Android devices. You also have the ability to control your mini-split unit with Amazon Alexa or Google Home.

The three MRCOOL DIY Multi-Zone air handlers included in this set provide directional control of the heated or cooled air. This distributes the air evenly so everyone in the room can stay comfortable. If you are in a situation that requires forced cooling, you can set your MRCOOL DIY System to manual with the button located on the right side of the unit under the front panel. In this emergency operation mode, you can test the cooling operation of your unit after installation or to complete a maintenance task.

In auto mode, each unit provides air for your home at your desired comfort level. Set your desired temperature, and the HVAC unit will determine how much heat or air conditioning is needed. You can also set this system to a drying function, which will continue to control the space’s air temperature while dehumidifying.

Use the sleep mode at night to save money on your utilities bills and use less energy. Sleep mode operates in an 8 hour window once turned on.

Delivery Window

Shipping Cut-Off Time

Our shipping cut-off time is 5 pm EST, Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 5 pm will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Window

Once your order has been shipped, it is not possible to change the delivery address. If you are unable to accept the delivery, the carrier will return the item to us or begin to charge a storage fee. If the package is refused and returned to Vero Hardware, it will be treated as a return, and a restocking fee will apply, as per our return policy.

Handling and Processing Times

Every order is important to us. Our order handling time is 1–3 business days, Monday to Friday, after your order is confirmed.

Estimated Delivery Times

Once your order leaves our warehouse, the transit time is 5–7 business days, Monday to Friday. Your delivery will typically arrive within 6–10 business days after your order is confirmed, considering handling and transit time.

We partner with the best in the business to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. Our primary couriers include UPS, FedEx, and USPS. The choice of courier depends on your location and the size of your order.

Warehouse Location

Our main warehouse is located in Forest Park, Georgia. This central location allows us to efficiently manage our inventory and expedite shipping processes, ensuring that your order is on its way to you as quickly as possible. Some products are shipped directly from the manufacturer. In such cases, our normal delivery time of 6–10 business days will apply.

Tracking Your Order

We believe in keeping you informed every step of the way. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package. If your parcel has not arrived yet, please don't worry. You can track your order by visiting the Order Tracking page found in the Footer under Site Information. Please note that it may take 1–2 business days for tracking information to update in our system.

Receiving Your Order

Please inspect all items upon receipt to verify they are in proper condition. We inspect our packages before they leave the facility to ensure they are in brand-new condition.

Missing Items

We take great care in packaging your order, but we understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. If your order arrives with missing items, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Provide us with your order number and details of the missing items. We'll investigate and resolve the issue as swiftly as possible.

Notification of Defective or Damaged Products

We strongly advise customers to inspect and test any product immediately upon receipt. For products that arrive damaged, please report the damage within 24 hours of delivery so we can initiate a replacement or process a refund. We may request pictures of any damaged or defective items. Customers will be responsible for return shipping charges. After 24 hours of delivery, defective or damaged product replacements may be denied.

Returns Policy

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition as when received

Non-Returnable Items

Return Process

1. Initiate a Return

2. Return Authorization

After your return request is approved, you’ll receive:

  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  • Instructions for shipping the item

Returns without an RMA number may be refused.

  • Pack the item securely with all original packaging, parts, and documentation.

Restocking Fee

15% restocking fee is deducted from refunds for all eligible returns.

Exceptions to the Restocking Fee

The restocking fee will not apply if your return is due to:

  • An item that arrived damaged or defective
  • Receiving the wrong item due to our fulfillment error

Exchanges

Orders may be canceled for a full refund if the request is submitted within 24 hours of order placement.

After 24 Hours (Pre-Shipment)

If your order has not yet shipped, we will do our best to accommodate a cancellation request.
Once an order has shipped, cancellation is no longer possible — a return must be initiated instead.
