2. Return Authorization
After your return request is approved, you’ll receive:
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
Instructions for shipping the item
The return address (provided below)
Returns without an RMA number may be refused.
3. Prepare the Return
Pack the item securely with all original packaging, parts, and documentation.
Use a trackable shipping method or purchase shipping insurance.

Restocking Fee
A 15% restocking fee is deducted from refunds for all eligible returns.
Exceptions to the Restocking Fee

Order Cancellation Policy
Within 24 Hours
Orders may be canceled for a full refund if the request is submitted within 24 hours of order placement.
After 24 Hours (Pre-Shipment)
If your order has not yet shipped, we will do our best to accommodate a cancellation request.
Once an order has shipped, cancellation is no longer possible — a return must be initiated instead.
