At Vero Hardware, we are committed to customer satisfaction and a smooth, transparent shopping experience. The following policy outlines our return, refund, exchange, and cancellation terms.


Key Information

  • 30-Day Return Policy – Items can be returned within 30 calendar days of delivery.

  • Refunds Processed Within 5–10 Business Days – After inspection and approval.

  • 15% Restocking Fee – Applies to standard returns (see exceptions below).

Returns Policy

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition as when received

  • Be returned in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation

  • Include a receipt or proof of purchase


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used, installed, or altered products

  • Custom-made or special-order items

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Items marked as non-returnable on the product page


Return Process

1. Initiate a Return

To start a return, contact our customer service team:

Include your order ID, product details, and reason for return.


2. Return Authorization

After your return request is approved, you’ll receive:

  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number

  • Instructions for shipping the item

  • The return address (provided below)

Returns without an RMA number may be refused.


3. Prepare the Return

  • Pack the item securely with all original packaging, parts, and documentation.

  • Use a trackable shipping method or purchase shipping insurance.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.


Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are issued once:

  • The returned item has been received and inspected

  • The return meets all eligibility criteria


Processing Time

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving and inspecting the return.


Restocking Fee

A 15% restocking fee is deducted from refunds for all eligible returns.

Exceptions to the Restocking Fee

The restocking fee will not apply if your return is due to:

  • An item that arrived damaged or defective

  • Receiving the wrong item due to our fulfillment error

To request a fee waiver:

  • Contact support@verohardware.com

  • Provide your order ID and photo or video evidence of the issue

  • Submit the request within 30 days of delivery


Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after the expected processing time:

  1. Confirm with your bank or credit card provider.

Exchanges

We offer replacements for items that arrive defective or damaged. To request an exchange:

Please include your order ID and supporting images or video.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us immediately at support@verohardware.com

  • Provide photo or video documentation of the damage

  • We will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund at no cost to you

In such cases, return shipping is fully covered by Vero Hardware.


Order Cancellation Policy

Within 24 Hours

Orders may be canceled for a full refund if the request is submitted within 24 hours of order placement.

After 24 Hours (Pre-Shipment)

If your order has not yet shipped, we will do our best to accommodate a cancellation request.
Once an order has shipped, cancellation is no longer possible — a return must be initiated instead.
