The grill is great once you get it together. It took us several hours to set it up. The grill had to be turned on it's side to attach the shelves. The place to screw it to main body was inaccessable unless you could stand on your head. The side burner was a stumper. We put it together as the manual said but it didn't say which screws to use so we guessed. When trying to put screws in front to attach to the back, they didn't fit in. We kept trying different screws but didn't fit right even after my husband was able to get them in. Then the last step of putting the knob on came. This is when I opened the plastic on the knob. There were the correct screws in the package with the knob, so we had to undo that step and start over. They should have been with all the other screws maked, A,B, C, D, etc. The doors were very difficult. Trying to screw the back panel to the front of the door and lining up the bolts to attach the handles to the front. WHAT A PAIN !!!. Then came the final finish, putting the doors on the front. We never were able to adjust the adjustment screw so they lined up. One door scrapes the bottom shelf. You have to take the door off to get to the adjustment screw, which wouldn't even turn when we got the door off. It wasn't easy to even get the door off once it is slipped in place and the adjustment screw wasn't visible unless the door was off so you wouldn't even know if you were correcting the problem. It's a nice grill but I think some of the problems need to be sorted out, starting with packaging and instructions. The doors should be able to be leveled without taking them off. We should have ordered the one that comes with someone to assemble it. Maybe Lowes or Home Depot. Elaine Tomlinson
